I bear grim news.
Not exactly bad. But moderate.
This Saturday's Aq training is as Follows:
Saturday 24th Feb
Long Distance Running.
Description: 15km run end to end of East Coast Park.
Equipment: 1) Full backpack with hydration system or 1.5 litre water bottle.
2) Poncho
3) muesli bars
4) Handphone (optional - not needed)
Attire: Blue Polo Tee or Company Tee.
Running Shorts
Running Shoes
Meet @ East Coast Park MACDONALD's.
@ 0730 hrs. We start by 0735.
There is no excuses for absence.
I want to see everyone's face.
