Eighth training(21/12/2007)
Venue: School
Time: Arrive by 2pm
Attire: Blue Pt Kit
Things to bring:water bottle, poncho
This training will be navigation training. You will plot your map and navigate your way to the destination. When you reach your navigation, you will run 3 rounds around the field and after so you will be dismissed from there. You will be given time to eat your lunch but you are advised not to eat too much. Please inform any of the AQ committee before hand if you cannot make it.

Seventh AQ training(19/12/2007)
This training will be a little different. You guys will be split into 2 groups.
The 2 groups are:

Those who were absent for previous 15km run:Group 1
Edmund Chang
Jonathan tay
Sim Xing Kai
Victor Ong
Fabian Fung
Isaac Lee

Those who were present for previous 15km run:Group 2
Chua Zong Zuo
Keane Chooi
Kenneth Ho
Teng Yong Chen
Sean Hui
Glenn Yeo
Benjamin Gan (currently overseas)

Details for group 1
Venue: East Coast Mcdonalds
Time: Arrive by 7am
Attire: Blue Pt Kit
Things to bring: water bottle(optional) advised not to bring anything
Group 1 will be doing their rerun of 15km at east coast park. After their run, they will have lunch either at home or outside and they will report at tampines gym(near tampines stadium) at 2pm.

Details for group 2
Venue: Tampines Gym
Time arrive by 10 30am
Attire: Casual
Things to bring: water bottle, towel(compulsory) and money for gym training
Group 2 will not have to go for rerun thus they will proceed straight to the gym and do workouts in the gym being led by keane and zong zuo.

I am going to announce your timing and position for today training. Everyone fared pretty well but there is still alot of room for improvements. The secondary 1s performed well and showed that the age difference might not be an important factor.

This training's attendance is rather disappointing. Only one secondary 2 came. I hope that you all can take AQ seriously and not come when you wish. Despite persistent asking of excuse letter or mc, only a few came in. I really question your responsibility. Please bring your excuse letter the next training or else you shall be marked as absent.

Sixth training(12/12/2007)
Venue: report at east coast Mcdonalds
Time:arrive by 8.30am
Attire:BB blue polo T with black pants
Things to bring: Water bottle (optional)

This week's training will be a 15km run at east coast park so as to build up the boys' stamina. As it will be a long and tiring run, please have a light breakfast before reporting and drink lots of water, have lots of sleep the previous night.

Dismissal will vary as it depends on the time you complete.
Please inform any of the AQ committee in advance if anyone of you cannot attend.
