Activities we will be doing on Wednesday:
'Slack' physical trainings. That's all i can reveal to you

Activities we will be doing on Friday:
Surprise, surprise. For us to know, and for you to find out.

After discussing with the committee, several changes have been made. Firstly, the captain and vice captain of relay team have been changed. This doesnt mean that MingJun and JinHan didnt do a good job, but the lack of experience of leading a team. Also, after what we had observed during the trial period, we felt that it is too early for them to handle such matters.

Next, some of you might have complained about the trainings, like it sucks !@#$%, time wasting, too easy, so on and forth. After much discussion, we had found out what's the missing 'ingredients' which resulted in all these problems. Discipline during the trainings and cooperation. Discipline during the trainings and cooperation play a great role when we talk about the efficiency when carrying out the activities. So, the current finalized AQ team should and must be able to control their own attitude and behaviour when it comes to trainings. When it comes to work, we must be serious, and when it's for fun, we play hard. Hence, we expect you guys to be more serious and cooperative when it comes to trainings, some good examples would be not slacking, more attentive, right attire and listen to instructions etc. If you all can adhere to these, trainings would be more efficient and quick.

Last but not least, AQ training is not just about training you physically, it is also a chance for you juniors to bond with each other, like having LAN outings after trainings etc. Thus, do not treat AQ trainings as just a boring PT session, treat it more like a relax session with your friends and teammates, but remember, when it's work, be serious. After the tough/ easy training session, you might want to hang out with them or own them in DOTA; 'everyone' has just pawned juehua the noob's head for an extra piece of meat or MONSTER KILL =D.

I hope you all will attend for all the trainings unless with specific reason and have fun with all the AQ trainings.
