Dear AQ members, here are your timings for the training on tuesday at Bedok reservoir and congratulations to Yongchen for being the fastest runner this time round. To Fabian Fung, Glenn Yeo, Guanjie and Isaac, I hope your learned your lesson not to walk. Remember, this is a personal training for yourself also, so if you walk throughout the whole thing, you yourself will be at loss and not the rest. Take every single training seriously like how your did in the 2nd round and your fared much better, good job. To the rest of the boys, well done to those who improved and continue to work harder for those who deproved. There's still lots of time to buck up! Perservere on AQ'09!
