There will be a meeting right after CNY celebration. Please meet at the concourse to collect the consent form for AQ mock race which would be held on the 24th of Feb.

Hand in your consent form to me on Thursday, also remember to bring along $10.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

It is the same location where Outward Bound School have their people gather. The bus service to the destination is Bus 82 from Serangoon Interchange.

An addition to the below post, I would like to make myself clear, in any case of Boys thinking that I am either very slack or very easygoing. I would hereby too make things known to all the people who did not really know what have happened, or still in the dark. This includes people like Victor, Jonathan and the rest of the sec 4s who did not turn up, be it one reason or another.

Today, 6th February 2007, AQ was canceled due to a few reasons. This decision was made by me, Chia Cherng Ru, and me alone. If it was a lousy decision or a not supported one, I hereby apologize and plead that you will continue reading this post.

There are like I said some reasons in which I have considered before canceling today's training.

  1. Sec3s said that they have alot of tests.
  2. None of the Boys changed and some of the Boys did not bring their PT kit.
  3. Attitude
Overall, lots of sec3s said that they have lots of test this week, at first, I was skeptical about letting them, as with regards to my 3 years in participation of AQ, there was none single training that we ask to be excused due to tests, etc. Then, taking a step back, I feel that yes, perhaps, taking a day off out of so many training may not be as a drastic thing, and then thinking yes, indeed there have been alot of training and BB activities, and yes. It maybe affecting your studies.

Next then, another thing that made me reconsider whether to let you off was your attitude. I was the earliest to reach the concourse in blue PT. Imagine my shock when i reach there. I took so long to reach there, and there was literally not a single soul wearing blue there. Then, I made my way to look for the Boys, in which then the Boys told me about their tests. There I see them in their full uniform, some injured, some sick, some really wanted to go home. The attendance of the people there and the number of enthusiasms was very little. I then thought a bit more. since the attendance of the people there was so limited, the Boys so wanted to go home and study, even if I forced them, they would not have their heart fully concentrated on the training. At that point, the training itself will then be rendered useless. Hence, deciding upon letting the boys off.

If this decision goes ills to anybody, please come and find me and find me alone. In addition, when talking to me about this, please respect me as you would want others to respect you.

IN ADDITION
Do you all read me?

Reflections
I admit, perhaps I have done wrong and i sincerely apologize if i have cause anyone to lose his nerves, and to those whom I hope have laid in anticipation of today's training.

Note

Please try to buck up and keep your priorities right. Balance your daily stuff and BB. Try not to skip one for the other. Keep your heads up, attitude straight, morale high. Lets us be determined to finish what we have started. And I repeat. There will hopefully be no next time.

Thanks

P.S. Theres no need for excuse letters. And please, for the next time, study in advance and remember. Balance your time please.

Today, is Tuesday, a day when boys from 14th coy gather and have their AQ training together. However, the moment i stepped into the AVT, i sensed that something was missing. "Where are the boys? Should'nt they gather and be ready for training."

I am very displeased, or rather upset by the number of absentees for today's training. The attendance is 0/16. Others might exclaim when they witness the horrendous attendance. Can someone tell me why no one attended the training today? Is it because of my absent that allow you guys to abuse this chance to 'pon' the training?

I am sure that I did mention that training will resume normal with or without me, because I have something rather important on today. Instructions have been given to Titus on Saturday, however, due to unexpected event, he was too unable to come for today's training. I told him to inform the other sec 4s available for today. I was then able to carry on with my work after school without much worries, thinking that AQ training will resume per normal.

I do not know what exactly happened, all I know is none of you attended today's training or some might even wonder if there's a training today. The answer is yes and it is supported by various sources,

wassup squad one.
i have made some modifications to the blog, such as the width of the posts as well as the height of the bb pictures.
to squad one aq members, if you missed kk's announcement on last friday, there will be a aq session this tuesday. remb to tuck in ur shirts and report punctually after school, or it's 40 pumpings for u. attire is not confirmed, so pls refer to the aq blog for further info.
that shld be all.

I'm not sure if anyone missed it, but if he does, he's one lucky fellow.

This makes me ponder. Did the problem lie with me, the boys or those who have been given instructions of. Clearly, we have no definite answer. People would start pushing the blame around and end up the problem lie with nothing! or rather me? Now this is getting ABSURD and I'm kinda fed up with it. If you guys do not wish to attend, inform me of the reasons, yet no one did that, including the supposedly I/Cs. This is beyond saddening. I have put in effort to plan training that suit your demand but none or most of you do not appreciate it.

For your information, I am the only one who has attended all the training sessions since last year until today and what i witness today really makes me wonder what i did for the past few months is worth my time and effort.

Now you all may start giving excuses like "I have lots of tests so i need time to study for it and school says that we should focus on our studies". Yes, this is true, fact, no doubt, no question ask.
However, are you the only one who is under this circumstances? What about me? Did i ever use this kind of excuse? No, I don't because it is part of my responsibility. If you have given the above as your excuses, ask yourself why there is CCA in the first place. Can you just spend 1 to 3 hours per week just to attend AQ training? You mean the Einstein's instinct in you only occurs during AQ training and so you need to treasure these few hours to study in order to pass your tests. I doubt so.

This is just a reminder for you guys. If you think you are getting bored of AQ training, I don't know how you will feel if you are in my position. The last thing you wish to hear me say is to separate the boys and the relays team management. This would be a happy thing for some of you, because it gives you the freedom and your team captain will relent to your stupid excuses.

Pardon if I have offended anyone but this is getting on my nerves and I'm equally tired of it. I hope this will not dampen everyone morale about winning the title.
