Today's run was a mark on our ability to handle the race. The distance was exactly 15km. or so. maybe a bit more.
We began at about 8 plus.
It was painstakingly slow, yes. But still, we had the stamina. We'll work on the speed. We took about 2-3 hrs. Which meant that we took much more time to cover each 5km. We'll have to wonder why.
