We just had our first AQ training and i have to say that i'm quite please about your results as you all have reached your destination within 45 mins. However, i see there is a need for me to clarify some things before i continue.

Firstly, AQ is about teamwork, dont come and bullshit to me that you are walking throughout the whole training when you can just encourage your team members to push on, this isnt all about solo. Secondly, the AQ training is mainly to train those who are 'weaker' to be able to catch up to those who are 'stronger', i cant just place all the strong members together just because you think the 'weaker' member of your team is slowing you down. Lastly, if you want to train 2.4km with nobody lagging you, please find your own free time to train on as AQ, for the mean time, is to even our strength.

Remember, this is our first training and many things can change throughout the entire course. However, i'm always open for CONSTRUCTIVE ideas to change upon.

Results for today training:

1st Team:
