AQ Training this Saturday

Time: by 8.00am
Location: Meet at The Mac at East Coast Park.
Attire: P.E. t-shirt and black short
Things to bring: 1x 1.5L of water bottle

What is the training about --->
starts at Mac and ends at Mac, nuff's said
Estimated distance: 15km
Estimated time taken: >3hrs

How is it going to carry out:
You guys are running together with your respective leg at all times. It doesn't matter if someone in your team cannot run throughout the entire distance, I'm sure most of us can't including me. So, just stick together and run as a leg. Our objective is to cross the finishing line together.

Team List
One major change. SGT Chia Cherng Ru would be swapping with SGT Edison Neo, meaning he will be in the relay team instead.

Relay Team

Leg 1 ---> Topo leg (unconfirmed)

Lee Jin han*
Glenn Tan
Jonathan Tay
Benjamin Gan

Leg 2---> Biking leg (unconfirmed)

Chua Zong Zuo
Tan Ke Yang

Victor Ong

Leg 3 ---> Kayaking Leg (unconfirmed)

Sim Chong Rui
Koh Ming Jun
Edmund Chang
Keane Esmond Chooi Jin En

Open/ Boy's Team

Tan Kah Kee
Titus Wong
Edison Neo
Joel Ng

These are the tentative leg and leaders, which are labeled in bold. Jin Han will be the relay team's captain for the meantime, however, nothing is yet to be confirmed.

Form of communication

After last few months of trainings, i realised the communication between us is breaking down. So I have proposed a new idea to deal with this problem. The LINK.

1) Whenever there is a training, the blog will probably be updated (or at least i hope so).
2) Next, i will contact via sms /phone call/ msn etc. with the team captain, information will then be assimilated to him.
3) He will inform the respective team leaders about the details.
4) Team leaders will then pass down to their team members.

Lastly, i hope this would prevent anyone from not receiving any information about any oncoming training. Attendance is very important. 3 demerit points would be given generously to any absentee without submitting any valid reason. You shall give your M.C. and excuse letter to either SGT Joel Ng or to Mr Poh directly. Last but not least, if anyone of you notice in the schedule that that is an oncoming training but have yet to receive any details on the blog or from your respective leaders, PLEASE INFORM ME. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Chairman signing off.
