Third training (14/11/2007-Wednesday)
Venue : report at concourse
Time : Arrive by 8.30am
Attire : BB Blue polo T with black pants
Things to bring : 1.5litre of water ( optional )

*note : everyone must have a light BREAKFAST and consume plenty of WATER before reporting.

Dimissal will vary as it depends on the time you complete.
Please inform ChongRui and JingHan in advance if anyone of you all cannot come.
Attendance is compulsory unless for mc or valid reasons, otherwise there will be consequences.
